FOMO agency is a small team of passionate retail professionals with +20 years of industry experience. We help fashion designers and boutique owners develop analytical skills and adopt retail planning best-practices, so you can build the business of your dreams.

To help small businesses take over the fashion industry!

We imagine a future where wasteful, excess inventory is a thing of the past, and brands are stocked with profitable, sustainably-made products that consumers actually want.

Merchandise management is HARD, but we make it easier by providing merchandising consulting, coaching, tools, and resources for boutique owners. We take great care to live up to our promises on deadlines, deliverables, and results for our clients. We’re meticulous, calculated, and treat every project as if our own business were on the line. We are a small business too, and we celebrate wins – and overcome challenges – together!

Integrity is central to our company culture, and it defines how we work with clients, staff, partners, and competitors alike. What do you do when no one else is looking? We openly collaborate in pursuit of the truth. We have no tolerance for office politics, hidden agendas, or passive-aggressive behavior. We are willing to embrace new information and ideas. We take responsibility when we are wrong, and work diligently to correct our mistakes.

We believe that uniqueness is the key to driving innovation, inspiration, and success, and are committed to creating a culture of belonging, where everyone is welcomed, respected, and valued. Equality, diversity, equity, access, and inclusion across race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, orientation, identity, ability, and experience are vital to that commitment. We hold ourselves accountable by identifying and eliminating barriers or prejudices from our business practices, and by enforcing policies like Equal-Pay-for-Equal-Work, and Zero-Tolerance for discrimination.

Whether we are helping business owners reduce waste in their merchandising operations, donating time and money to usher in positive change, or amplifying the voices of those who understand sustainability and human rights issues better than we do, we put positive impact at the center of everything. In the words of Minor Myers Jr, our endeavor is to “go into the world and do well, but more importantly, to do good.”

There are a LOT of amazing non-profit organizations out there that are fighting to make the world a better place. Here are a few of our favorites.

We are a pair of ecommerce junkies, with over 20 years of retail & ecommerce experience between us. In 2019, we were inspired to start FOMO agency because we discovered how many small fashion brands had no plan, no tools, no data access, no sales targets, and no idea how to launch their fashion businesses! Knowing that these elements are the foundation of a wildly successful online brand, we started servicing the businesses that need us most.
