MEET THE FOUNDERS

We are a pair of ecommerce junkies, with over 20 years of retail & ecommerce experience between us. In 2019, we were inspired to start FOMO agency because we discovered how many small fashion brands had no plan, no tools, no data access, no sales targets, and no idea how to launch their fashion businesses! Knowing that these elements are the foundation of a wildly successful online brand, we started servicing the businesses that need us most.

Taylor Daniel

Taylor leads the team at FOMO agency. Her track record of success as a Fashion Buyer, Category Merchandiser, and Strategy Manager inside billion-dollar brands like Levi’s, Old Navy, and Johnston & Murphy drove her to set out on a mission to replicate these successes for small businesses, both in the US and around the globe.

With a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising as her foundation, a strong eye for design, and +15 years of retail merchandising experience, Taylor has facilitated launches of hundreds of new products spanning brick+mortar and ecommerce channels – with one of the most notable projects driving a +43% increase in incremental unit sales across established international markets for Old Navy; now a multi-million dollar merchandise program.

Passionate about innovation in retail merchandising, she and her team work to deliver best-in-class small business services, including coaching programs and digital resources. In these programs, Taylor teaches business owners the retail metrics, merchandising concepts, and planning tools to drive up revenues AND profits.

Taylor is known for her energetic demeanor, positive attitude, and strong retail business reporting acumen that she brings to her work. Dustin Thede

V.P. | Marketing, Sales, & Partnerships

Dustin is the co-founder and head of growth at FOMO agency. His early successes as a sales leader for small businesses and global retail brands like Circuit City, Lowe’s, and Verizon, coupled with his background in the Ecommerce Software industry, give him a unique perspective when it comes to Merchandise Planning and Retail Performance Analysis.

In addition to managing relationships and communication, Dustin has also helped Shopify Plus stores connect and automate their enterprise business systems. He has with facilitated the sale, adoption, and implementation of software solutions for numerous ecommerce brands to streamline operations, and ultimately, grow their bottom-line. 

Dustin is known for his professionalism, expertise, and ability to understand client needs. His unique ability to immediately see opportunities and devise effective solutions makes him an invaluable asset to everyone he collaborates with.

When he’s not doing ecommerce-y stuff, Dustin enjoys spending time in nature, around the water, or doing something fun with family and friends.
